HOUSTON PROFESSIONAL WOMENS ORGANIZATION PRESENTS UNPLUGGED BUSINESS FRIDAYS
(Houston, Texas) - On 7/30/2021, the Houston Professional Womens organization & Dallas Professional Women organization in partnership with HUMFM Radio celebrated women empowerment, community leaders, onward mobility and the local business community that provides products & services in the greater Houston area by spotlighting businesses and organizations. Women-Led and Women-Owned businesses were showcased live on-air thanks to the generous support of Rehan Siddiqi; CEO & General Manager of HUM FM and proud supporter.

Our members enjoyed learning about the products, services, causes & missions of attendees including newcomers like Fatima Arif, Fatima Musa and 6x author Zara Jones as they shared their ambitions as members of #NextGen; a committee that inspires and activates sparks for young professionals and full-time students.
Other notable attendees included the Founder & President of HPW Amber Jamshed, Influencers in the South Asian community like Leena Shah from The Leena Shah Show, DJ AJ from the Rush Hour Show, Natasha Khan and Uma Mantravadi and the MENA community support included Amira Manai & Sarwa Numan of The Princess Magazine, along with local candidates like global member Deirdre Gilbert that's running for the Governor of Texas.

Houston Professional Womens Organization plans to continue the Unplugged Business Mixer Monthly to continue promoting and supporting the local business community. NextGen Youth Leaders Fatima Arif, Fatima Musa, and Zara Jones encouraged the attendees during the closing comments
