This effort is led by industry leaders:
Tee Santiago that will energize the East Coast expansion, forging connections and driving growth from Maine to Miami. Tee is the Principle Advisor for her consulting firm that services SMBs and is an industry go-to for businesses in Home Services. She has over 20 years of experience as a hand-on operations and general management roles. With her hands-on approach and keen attention to detail - Tee is a master organizer of tasks to get the team to work on the right tasks at the right time!
Ana Rivera leads a dynamic charge on the West Coast, uniting communities from Alaska to San Diego. As a licensed insurance agent, she's passionate on helping business owners retain and maintain their wealth. Ana is a co-Founder of the LadyPros online community and has passionately helped hundreds of businesses get closer to their goals. She is the CEO of her HVAC company, and a business consultant for married couples in business.
Community Manager, Steph V will continue supporting our community and championing the needs of Community Partners, Non-Profits and the DPW. Steph is a 2x Best Selling Author, Inventor, Insurance Agent and Certified Life Coach. Her mission is to make our community smile and celebrate wins every step of the way! She works directly with the leadership team to champion the needs of the community on a national level.
2025 Business Boost Virtual Meetups
DPW is excited to kick off its 4th year of free community business support masterclasses. The 2025 Business Boost Masterclasses will be held virtually and start in February 2025. Participants have the opportunity to apply for a $500 grant once the 12 month program wraps up. These engaging sessions require registration, accountability activities and checkins. DPW members earn DPW Diamonds to redeem towards VIP access for premier Masterclasses. The Business Boost will provide members with valuable tools to elevate their businesses and non-profits. The Q1 lineup kicks off with an inspiring Virtual Business Vision Board Workshop, where participants will craft personalized roadmaps for success, blending creativity with strategic planning. Following this, the Time Management Workshop will equip attendees with practical tools and techniques to master their schedules, prioritize tasks, and achieve maximum productivity, setting the tone for a year of impactful accomplishments.
